Plate press-filter PRESIDENT (F-22) it features a polished stainless steel coated frame on which plates and frames available in Aisi 304 or 316 are mounted. Cartons of size 1000×1000 or 1000×2000 mm are inserted between the plates to double the filter layer. For this type of plate filter are available Models from 80 plates up to 400 plates, both in the plates-only version and in the plates-and-frames version for containing filtration aid.

Operating principles

In the version of Spadoni PRESIDENT prepared for diatom filtration, the filter is combined with a central unit for precoat formation and in-line dosing of filtration aids. These versions can also be equipped with turbidimeters (nephelometers), flow meters, etc.
