Lenticular housing

Lenticular housing are “containers” used for microfiltration of particles and bacteria within liquids, designed to contain lenticular filter cartridges, consisting of multiple filter layers sandwiched between rigid support plates.

Spadoni’s lenticular housing are designed to accommodate lenticular modules used in liquid filtration at a pre-bottling stage.

Lenticular modules consist of a series of lenses arranged in alternating layers with porous supports. These modules are inserted into specially designed housings to allow liquid to pass through the filtration system.

Lenticular housing are made of AISI 316L stainless steel, a durable and waterproof material. They can have different shapes and sizes depending on the specific needs of the application. The housings are hermetically sealed to ensure safe sterilization according to sanitary requirements and avoid the possibility of leakage during production.

Lenticular modules are inserted into the housings so that the liquid to be filtered can flow through them. During this process, unwanted particles are trapped and separated from the clean liquid. The design of the housings is critical to ensure uniform flow of the liquid through the lenticular modules, thus optimizing filtration efficiency.
