Yeast propagation system

Spadoni’s yeast propagation systems (A-71) contribute to obtaining greater control in the brewing processes, offer greater opportunities for experimentation and, at the same time, facilitate uniform and fermented production with high quality yeasts.

The yeast propagator is used to re-hydrate the yeast before fermentation, to increase its amount, starting with a minimum amount of dry. The standard model of the Spadoni yeast propagator has a capacity of 80 litres. Custom dimensions and insulation are available, on request.
